Who this notice covers

This notice explains the information practices of our basketball media website and newsletter signup. The ABB! Privacy Contact is responsible for privacy enquiries and information requests.

Our Fourthwall shop, social media profiles and other external services have additional privacy notices. This notice does not replace them. See Contact for privacy and support enquiries.

Information we process

• Newsletter: your email address and signup information when you submit the Beehiiv form. Beehiiv may also process technical, delivery, confirmation, unsubscribe, open and click information, depending on the service and account settings.
• Messages: the contact details and information you choose to send when making an enquiry.
• Website delivery: hosting and security services may process your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times to deliver and protect the site.

YouTube thumbnail images may be requested from Google’s image servers while browsing. These image requests can disclose your IP address and basic browser information. Video players connect to YouTube when you select a video.

Why we use it

We use information to deliver the newsletter you request, answer messages and privacy enquiries, keep the website working and secure, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

We have not added advertising pixels or behavioural advertising tools to this website. Third-party services have their own processing practices.

Third-party services

Beehiiv provides the newsletter signup, subscriber records and email delivery. Loading its form connects your browser to Beehiiv and may involve cookies or similar technologies. Submitting it sends your information to Beehiiv for ABB!’s newsletter. Beehiiv Privacy Policy.

YouTube / Google hosts our video players and some thumbnail images. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player domain. It still processes information when loaded or used and may use cookies or similar technologies. Google Privacy Policy.

Fourthwall provides product pages, cart and checkout when you follow shop links. It collects the information required to process an order. ABB! may receive order information for business records or support; this media website does not collect payment card numbers. Review the shop’s notices and the Fourthwall Privacy Policy.

Hosting delivers and protects the website. This site is hosted on Netlify. Hosting services may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. See the Netlify Privacy Policy.

Embedded services and cookies

The Beehiiv newsletter form loads on the page so you can subscribe directly. YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player loads when you select a video. These services may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies. Loading the newsletter form does not subscribe you; you must submit it.

You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser’s privacy controls. These controls may affect embedded forms or video playback. Closing a video removes its player from this page, but does not erase information or cookies a provider already holds. Review the provider notices above for their controls and data practices.

Images, website delivery and external links can also involve requests to service providers. This website no longer stores a separate embed-preference record.

Newsletter consent

The signup identifies ALL BALL BABY! and the kinds of emails you request: newsletter updates, new releases and shop updates. We do not treat browsing, loading a form or making a shop purchase as a new request to subscribe.

You can withdraw email consent using the unsubscribe link in an ABB! marketing email, or send a request through our Contact page. Unsubscribe requests are handled within the applicable legal timeframe. Confirmation and service messages may be needed to complete a request.

Retention and processing locations

Subscriber information is used while your subscription remains active. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails but does not automatically delete every subscriber or historical record. Limited consent and suppression records may be retained to document your choices and avoid sending unwanted emails.

Messages and related records are kept only for the purposes for which they are needed, including resolving enquiries and meeting applicable legal obligations. You can request a review or deletion of information, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Our providers may process information in Canada, the United States or other countries where they operate. Information processed abroad may be subject to those countries’ laws and lawful access requests.

Access, corrections and concerns

Contact the ABB! Privacy Contact through Contact to request access, correction or deletion of information, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern. Tell us which service and email address your request concerns. We may need proportionate verification before acting; do not send payment details or identity documents in a public message.

We handle requests under the applicable legal requirements and timelines. Some records may need to be retained, and some requests concerning a provider’s independent processing must be directed to that provider. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Children and young people

Consent must be appropriate to a person’s ability to understand the information practice. If you believe a child has supplied information without appropriate consent, contact us so the collection and any necessary removal can be reviewed. Third-party services may impose their own age requirements.

Changes to this notice

We update this notice when our services or information practices change. The date above shows the latest revision. Where a change requires fresh consent, we will seek it before using information for the new purpose. A policy update alone does not create consent.
